  • Provide leadership, management, coordination, and quality assurance across all contractor activities
  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams operating across multiple locations and mission areas
  • Ensure disciplined execution of program plans, schedules, and governance processes
  • Deliver regular status briefings to Government leadership, including updates on cost, schedule, performance, and risk
  • Maintain full program visibility and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Oversee enterprise technology governance activities, ensuring alignment with established architecture standards, organizational policies, and modernization objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks, policies, and lifecycle management processes, ensuring responsible AI adoption, regulatory compliance, risk management, and alignment with enterprise technology governance standards.
  • Provide on-demand support during core hours, including real-time status reporting and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD policies, contractual obligations, security requirements, and established program governance standards.
What You’ll Need:
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of recent experience managing programs, contracts, or task orders of similar size, scope, and complexity
  • Demonstrated experience applying adaptive program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall)
  • Proven ability to manage complex technology programs, cross-functional technical teams, and multiple contractor organizations.

  • Strong program execution skills, including budget oversight, resource planning, schedule management, risk mitigation, and performance reporting.

  • Current certification such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent from a recognized organization.
  • Experience managing Federal or DoD technology modernization programs involving AI/ML integration, AI governance, enterprise data architecture, cloud platforms, or AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives.
Set Yourself Apart With:
  • Experience supporting enterprise architecture and governance in federated or matrixed environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise processes and standards across cloud platforms, data environments, cybersecurity, or digital modernization initiatives
  • Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense programs
