What You’ll Do:
The Enterprise Architect 1 leads process architecture and governance framework development supporting enterprise transformation and organizational modernization efforts.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain enterprise process architecture standards.
• Define process modeling methodologies, workflow standards, and governance frameworks.
• Establish AI model lifecycle management processes and governance gates.
• Develop process effectiveness measures and performance metrics.
• Support governance boards and executive decision-making forums.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, policy, and operational requirements.

What You’ll Need:

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience with business process management and governance methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Experience supporting DoD enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• TOGAF, FEAC, or equivalent EA certification preferred. ITIL Foundations preferred

Salary Range: $140k - $173k
