Appointment Setter - Work From Home

Looking for more than just a paycheck? Picture a career where your schedule is flexible, your growth has no ceiling, and your work makes a meaningful impact. We’re looking for driven individuals who want to design a future built on opportunity, independence, and purpose.

About the Role

We proudly partner with thousands of unions and associations across North America, working exclusively with members who have requested information about their benefits. That means no cold calls, no door-to-door sales—just real conversations with families who are eager to learn about their options.

This position is perfect for people who value flexibility and autonomy, but also want the structure of proven systems, hands-on training, and a collaborative, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Meet virtually (or in person) with members to review their benefit requests

• Clearly explain programs, coverage options, and available solutions

• Recommend plans tailored to each family’s needs

• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service

• Take part in ongoing training and mentorship to sharpen skills and move into leadership

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfort using basic computer tools and online platforms

• Self-motivation, organization, and accountability

• Ability to manage your schedule and hit consistent goals

• Eligibility to pass a standard background check

What We Offer

• Full training and mentorship — no prior experience needed

• Weekly pay plus bonuses tied to performance

• Clear career pathways with advancement into leadership

• Flexible scheduling designed to fit your lifestyle

• A supportive, team-focused culture where you’ll never feel alone
