Purpose of the positionManage the full lifecycle of company assets, including equipment/fixtures, consumables, packing material and chemicals as well as all other procurement, customs clearance/importation, and ongoing asset tracking. Maintain accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within an organization.Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory to prevent shortages or excessive overstock.
  • Track inventory in and outbound, including receiving, shipping, and storage activities. 
  • Conduct regular physical cycle counts and audits to reconcile any discrepancies between actual stock and records 
  • Generate reports and analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify trends, and support decision-making 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper storage, distribution, and timely replenishment 
  • Follow and Maintain inventory control systems and best practices, including software tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Systematically process Purchase request
Education and work experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Some knowledge of inventory management software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools 
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and time management 
  • Prior work in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics is often preferred 
Skills:
  • Experienced in MS Office, spreadsheets and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with global suppliers and internal teams.
  • Language Fluent in English.
Working conditions
  • On-site work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility with designated cleanroom areas for precision equipment; compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection standards.
  • May require occasional weekend hours to support production plan, emergency repairs, or project implementation.
