In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of our fleet, which includes standard bikes, e-bikes, and scooters. • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked repair station

• Log and track repairs and service updates accurately

• Distribute bikes if needed

• Communicate effectively with rental staff and management to ensure timely service

• Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a professional demeanor with customers
