Assignment details
- Location: Columbia Crest, Moses Lake, WA
- Dates: 10/26/2026 - 01/24/2027 (13 weeks)
- Shift: Evenings, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (8-hour shifts, 30-min meal), 4-on/2-off rotation
- Overtime is available but not guaranteed

Requirements
- Active Washington CNA license
- Active on Washington's OBRA registry
- Experienced CNA; skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
- Background check and facility health requirements
