What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services and patient care
• Lead and mentor a team of clinical and support staff

• Monitor key performance metrics and clinic outcomes
• Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
