Dental Hygienist (RDH) – FT/PT

We're Not Hiring a Hygienist. We're Hiring a Provider.
Active Dental | DFW | $50–52/hr Base + Uncapped Production Bonus (up to $65/hr)

Most offices treat hygiene as a cleaning shift. We don't. At Active Dental, hygienists co-diagnose with the doctor, own their chair, and get paid like the clinical provider you are, not like an hourly employee filling a slot.

Why Active:
We're a growing private multi-location group across DFW, built on a Four Pillar standard Clinical Excellence, Operational Performance, Patient Experience, and Leadership & Culture  that every decision here gets held to. That's not a poster in the break room; it's how we actually run. Backed by our A.C.T.I.V.E.+ values (Accountability, Communication, Teamwork, Innovation, Vision, Empathy, Positivity), you're joining a team that operates with real structure, not one that's making it up as it goes.

The Numbers:

• $50–52/hr base
• New Rise Ladder bonus structure. Top producers earn up to $65/hr total
• Structured, achievable production tiers (not a moving target)

What Makes This Different:

• You co-diagnose. Doctors here treatment-plan with you, not around you.
• Modern technology and comprehensive dentistry digital workflows, real diagnostic tools, not a decade-old setup.
• We invest in your clinical growth, not just your chair time.
• Predictable days, no overbooked chaos.

Requirements: Active TX RDH license. Someone who wants to practice at a higher level, not just fill a schedule.
