What You’ll Do

• Assist experienced electricians with residential electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Learn to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, outlets, switches, panels, and other electrical components.

• Help identify electrical issues and support troubleshooting under the direction of a qualified electrician.

• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.

• Follow instructions, electrical codes, and company safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at job sites.

• Learn to read basic wiring diagrams, blueprints, and installation instructions.

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members while representing the company.

• Complete required job documentation and participate in training opportunities.

• Take initiative in learning new skills, accepting feedback, and developing technical knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade.

• Previous electrical, construction, or hands-on experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to follow directions, learn new skills, and work effectively with experienced electricians.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Dependable, punctual, and professional with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting tools and materials as needed.

• Ability to travel to job sites; a valid driver's license may be required depending on the position.

• Willingness to pursue applicable electrical training, licensing, or apprenticeship requirements.
