Entry Level Inside Sales- Paid Training, No Experience Required

No industrial experience? Perfect — we'll teach you the rest. If you're organized, dependable, and you like helping people solve problems, we'll hand you the product knowledge, the tools, and a clear path to grow. This is a great first step for someone coming out of customer service, retail, food service, a trade, the military, or school who's ready to build a real career.

Role + Responsibilities 

• Be a go-to resource for our customers and outside sales team — answering questions on pricing, availability, and delivery
• Build accurate quotes and process orders
• Review incoming orders to make sure the right product goes out the door
• Help qualify and follow up on sales leads
• Learn our products and systems and get a little sharper every week through our structured onboarding and coaching program

Qualification + Profile 

• You're reliable, detail-oriented, and you genuinely like helping people
• You communicate clearly — on the phone, over email, and with teammates
• You take initiative and solve problems instead of waiting to be told
• You're excited to learn technical products (we don't expect you to know them yet)
• High school diploma or equivalent required — college education preferred
