Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking a Financial Protection Representative to help clients better understand insurance choices for themselves and their families. You will meet with clients virtually, identify their needs, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through warm company-provided leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual needs-based appointments

• Learn about each client’s goals, concerns, and coverage priorities

• Explain insurance options and available benefits

• Provide clear answers and guide clients through next steps

• Follow up professionally and maintain strong client relationships

• Keep accurate documentation of client conversations

• Participate in team training and performance coaching
