Hardware Sales Supervisor

HARDWARE SALES SUPERVISOR

Ganahl Lumber is looking for a Hardware Sales Supervisor to join our team in our Escondido team. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to multitask while supporting our sales team and solving problems for our customers. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. The ideal candidate should have the following skill set:

• Excellent attendance
• Positive attitude
• Proficient with Accuterm, scheduling, ticket writing, credit memo, with some Word and Excel
• Well versed on cash register
• Product knowledge in multiple categories a plus
• Research of sales history
• Works well with team to accomplish common Goals
• Great communication skills both verbal and written

Requirements:

• 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
• Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with CRM system
