Position Details

Location: 100% Remote (United States only)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time options available
Compensation: Performance-based commission with bonus opportunities (earnings vary by individual performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, Zoom, email, and digital platforms

• Provide information regarding benefit options and eligibility

• Maintain accurate electronic records

• Follow established systems and compliance standards

• Meet performance expectations after completing training

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (required; guidance provided)

• Strong communication skills

• Organized, reliable, and coachable

• Comfortable using basic computer tools
