Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Hospice Liaison to help grow our presence throughout the Houston market.

YOUR MISSION: CONNECT. EDUCATE. GROW.

• Build Lasting Partnerships: Develop strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities.

• Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand Varco's referral network throughout Houston.

• Be a Trusted Resource: Educate healthcare partners on hospice services and compassionate end-of-life care.

• Make Connections Count: Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.

• Represent Varco: Participate in networking events, community outreach, and educational presentations.

• Own Your Success: Manage outreach activities, strengthen partnerships, and consistently work toward growth goals.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development

• Hospice or home health experience preferred

• Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market

• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset

• Professionalism, compassion, and a passion for helping others
