HOUSEKEEPER- Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh

Clean and service guest rooms to ensure a high standard of

cleanliness and presentation

▪ Make beds, change linens, and restock all room amenities and

supplies

▪ Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, and sanitize

all guest room areas

▪ Maintain cleanliness of public areas as needed, including

hallways and common spaces

▪ Perform deep cleaning tasks, including detailed room care and

periodic maintenance (e.g., filters, touch-up cleaning)

▪ Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and carts,

ensuring they are fully stocked and organized

▪ Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and

providing friendly service

▪ Report maintenance issues or room deficiencies to

management

▪ Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel operational standards

▪ Ensure secure handling of guest belongings and report lost and

found items properly

▪ Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timelines

▪ Collaborate with team members to maintain overall hotel

cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

▪ Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (not required)

▪ Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding

environment

▪ Strong communication and customer service skills

▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

▪ Must be reliable and able to maintain productivity standards
