The JOB: Houseman

As a Houseman at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, you play an essential role in supporting the Housekeeping team and creating an exceptional guest experience. From assisting with daily cleaning tasks to ensuring supplies and guest areas are maintained, your contributions help keep our operation running efficiently.

We are looking for team members who are dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask, work independently, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy staying active and take pride in delivering outstanding service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk and climb steps for up to 7 hours per day
• Must be able to bend, stoop and reach above the head
