HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator role supports the HR team by coordinating compliance tracking, HR reporting, department communications, and day-to-day associate support. The HR Coordinator helps ensure HR processes are organized, accurate, confidential, and responsive to associate and business needs. 

Primary Job Responsibilities 

• Track compliance postings and related records. 

• Administer I-9 documentation and compliance processes. 

• Maintain HIPAA certification. 

• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting. 

• Assist with HR reporting and data requests. 

• Support company event registration as needed. 

• Coordinate the department newsletter; Canva experience preferred. 

• Distribute daily department mail. 

• Maintain digital files and complete monthly audits. 

• Answer department phones. 

• Monitor and manage the department inbox. 

• Provide additional HR support as needed. 

Required Experience and Skills 

• Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office proficiency. 

• Provide internal customer service with a helpful, solutions-focused mindset. 

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Identify and support process improvements. 

• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively. 

• Maintain confidentiality. 

Preferred Experience and Skills 

• 1-2 years of human resources experience. 

• Experience using AI tools to support work processes. 

• ADP Workforce Now HRIS.
