INTERNAL ONLY - Junior Secondary Dean (Girls)

We’re inviting applications for a two-year fixed term leadership role as a Junior Secondary Dean (Girls), starting in January 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of our students in meaningful and practical ways.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining effective pastoral relationships with students and their whanau to foster spiritual growth  
• Maintaining, establishing, and enacting processes and procedures that encourage high standards of student behaviour and that inspire students to thrive in learning and relationships (student discipline)  

• Ensuring that school culture flourishes in the year level for which they are responsible (Leadership)  
• Effectively completing administration functions that support pastoral care of students (Administration)  
• Demonstrating ongoing professional learning in support of role (Professional Learning)  

The role carries 1MU & 300 mins release p/fn.
