Kids Events Party Lead

Join our team if you love creating memorable experiences and being part of a vibrant community! At Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, we bring people together through sport, fitness, and fun across our two Chicago clubs — Lincoln Park and our Illinois Center location in the downtown Loop. Our clubs thrive on community and connection, offering a place where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best. We offer competitive pay, 401(k), PTO, childcare benefits, free club membership, discounts on programs and services, and more.

As a Kids Event Party Lead, you’ll provide a safe, caring, and fun environment for children during our events and birthday parties. You’ll lead events and activities, encourage social interaction, and maintain a clean, secure space for kids to celebrate and enjoy our club!
Key skills: childcare, child development, supervision, communication, creativity, safety, teamwork.
