- Exterior of all cooking equipment (oven, two fryers, grill and burners)
- Exterior of all coolers, ice machine and dish machine
- All prep tables and sinks
- Walls and floor under, behind and around cooking equipment (which will require moving equipment)
- Walls behind sinks, dish machine, dish drying rack and freezer
- Entire kitchen floor and hallway floor into kitchen
- Mop sink
