Family Medicine Physician for Urgent Care in Fresno, CA

Position Title: Urgent Care Staff Physician

1099 Model or Sole Proprietor (full-time) at $150/hour plus Malpractice with Tail

Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 

Stipend: $60,000/year (for Medical Directorship)

We have 16 clinic locations throughout Central and Southern CA to serve your urgent care needs, and we will have 19 clinics by the end of the year. Key Responsibilities:

• Urgent Care Medicine, practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break daily 
• Full-time will be 12 shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month
• Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting.
• Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair. 
• Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray.
• All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist
• Results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
• Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with AI Dragon dictation to document patients in 1 minute

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O)
• Completion of a formal Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Training Program
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified
• CA Medical License that is active and in good standing
• DEA Certificate
