Painter | 2nd Shift | $20.00/hr | West Chester, OH

We are hiring an experienced, detail-oriented Painter for a manufacturing facility in West Chester, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and masking.
• Mix paint and apply coatings using an HVLP spray gun.
• Operate pneumatic tools and paint booth equipment safely.
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing specifications.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous spray painting or industrial painting experience preferred.
• Experience with HVLP spray guns, paint mixing, and surface preparation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Schedule: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
