Position: Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C)

Job Overview:

We are hiring an urgent care provider for weekend shifts only (Friday-Sunday) to practice 12-hour shifts at our Chino, CA clinic location. 

Essential Responsibilities:

• FNP-C's and PA-C's will practice twelve-hour (12) shifts with routine breaks daily 
• Weekends only, practicing Friday through Sunday from 8 am to 9 pm
• Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care) 
• Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
• Equipment: We offer In-house Point-of-Care testing, X-ray, and EKG.
• X-ray results are available in the patient's chart within 20 minutes for routine orders.
• Charting is minimal and very effective using our Experity EMR with AI Scribe

Requirements

Minimum Requirements | Qualifications:

• Completion of a formal Family Medicine Residency Program or Emergency Medicine Program
• CA Medical License that is active and in good standing with no restrictions
• DEA Certificate in good standing with no restrictions 
• One or more years of relevant experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
