Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible MD/DO who is passionate about functional and integrative medicine. This is an opportunity to join a growing practice that focuses on root-cause medicine, prevention, and optimizing long-term health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations with a focus on functional and integrative medicine
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss, and longevity programs
• Order, interpret, and review advanced lab testing to guide care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR system
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in functional and longevity medicine
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, or OB/GYN
• Active Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Additional state licensure is a plus but not required
• Strong interest in functional/integrative medicine, hormone optimization, and longevity care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
