Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will support Engineered Building Systems efforts to create value and a great experience for our customers by ensuring we develop the right solution within the constraints they face. You'll work alongside our Sales Engineers on quoting, equipment selection, submittals, and pricing; combining technical precision with the speed the business requires.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Account Executives in the sales of all products represented by Engineered 
  Building Systems. 
• Selection and pricing of HVAC equipment 
• Preparation of proposals and submittals 
• Order entry and tracking as required 
• Customer service as required 
• Jobsite meetings as required
• Jobsite field verification/coordination as required 
• Assisting consulting engineers, contractors, and end users with technical, installation and 
  operational questions

• Technical or engineering background, including demonstrated ability to understand and communicate concepts in a technical field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines consistently

• Construction or mechanical engineering work experience
• Experience working in a complex or technical sales environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or a similar drafting/design program
