Protestant Service Musician

Schedule:

Services are primarily conducted on Sundays at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The primary Sunday service period is approximately 9:00 AM–12:30 PM. One weekly music rehearsal is also required, generally lasting 1–2 hours, with additional services scheduled for funerals, memorials, holidays, and other special religious events.

Summary:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Protestant Service Musician to provide worship music support at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The position involves performing during Protestant worship services, leading rehearsals, coordinating with the Protestant Service Chaplain, and supporting special religious services and events.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of church music experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Proficiency in piano, organ, or keyboard.

• Experience with classical, gospel, traditional, and contemporary Christian worship music.

• Strong communication, musical leadership, organization, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a military chapel and interfaith environment.

Duties:

• Perform music during weekly Protestant worship services.

• Plan and conduct weekly music rehearsals.

• Coordinate worship music selections with the Protestant Service Chaplain.

• Recruit and coordinate volunteer Praise Team members and musicians.

• Prepare appropriate traditional and contemporary worship music.

• Support funerals, memorial services, holiday services, and other special religious events.

• Provide a qualified substitute when unavailable.
