Real Estate Acquisitions

We are an established restoration company growing a real estate investment and wholesale division and are looking for a driven Acquisitions Specialist to buy properties directly from homeowners.

This is a sales and closing role focused on building rapport, making offers, negotiating, and getting contracts signed.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with motivated homeowners
• Understand seller needs and property condition
• Evaluate deals and present purchase offers
• Negotiate price and terms
• Follow up consistently with leads
• Secure signed purchase agreements
• Maintain an organized CRM pipeline
• Meet goals for offers, contracts, and acquisitions

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Confident speaking with homeowners
• Persistent and comfortable handling objections
• Real estate, wholesaling, roofing, restoration, automotive, or other high-ticket sales experience preferred
• Motivated by performance and commission
