This work-from-home role focuses on educating individuals about company-approved programs, presenting available options, and assisting with enrollment through structured virtual consultations.

New associates receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support, with a clear pathway to leadership and management positions for those who demonstrate strong performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Present company-approved programs through Zoom and phone consultations

• Conduct scheduled virtual sales appointments

• Educate individuals on available options and guide them through the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate and confidential digital client records

• Follow company sales procedures and compliance standards

• Collaborate with a remote team environment

• Work toward individual performance goals and career advancement

Note: This role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door sales.

Candidate Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:
