Painter Job Description

Painters will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings,
prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material
coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the
project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA
Standards.

Painters must demonstrate the following:
  •  Be Reliable and Dependable
  •  Accept Accountability
  •  Be Customer Centric
  •  Be Organized
  •  Have the Proper Tools to Perform and Complete the Project
  •  Work as a Team
  •  Take Direction
  •  Follow the work order
  •  Be able to meet a deadline
  •  Follow all Health and Safety Protocols
