Helping Hand Nurse, LLC (HHN) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team as a Clinical Field Supervisor. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys working directly with patients in their homes, conducting clinical assessments, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Responsibilities (training will be provided):
Conduct in-home Start of Care (SOC) and recertification assessments within required timeframes.Perform quality assurance (QA) visits to evaluate patient care, identify concerns, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Complete all assessments, visit notes, and required clinical documentation accurately and promptly in HHN’s electronic health record system.
Review patient records for completeness and follow up on missing documentation or outstanding clinical requirements.
Communicate and address changes in patient condition, safety concerns, and clinical issues.
Travel to multiple patient homes throughout the week and manage an organized visit schedule.
Participate in training and follow HHN’s clinical procedures, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active RN License
- Computer savvy
- Home Health Nursing Experience preferred
