Pay: $44.50 - $52.47/hr

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled OT to provide support for one of our school campuses. This is a part-time role—perfect for someone who wants to stay connected to the field while maintaining a flexible schedule.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct, in-person occupational therapy services to students with IEPs in grades 2–12+, individually and in small groups, according to IEP service minutes.
• Conduct OT assessments and write evaluation reports for initial, annual, and triennial IEPs.
• Develop measurable OT goals, write progress reports, and attend IEP meetings as a member of the IEP team.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation in SEIS/Welligent in line with district contract and billing requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and behavior staff on sensory, fine-motor, and self-care strategies and accommodations in the classroom.
• Consult with families and give caregivers practical strategies to support their child's progress at home.
• Support a positive, trauma-informed school culture aligned with PBIS and Almansor Academy's behavioral support model.

• You’re licensed as an Occupational Therapist in California
