Make findings meaningful. Explain evaluation results to families and district personnel with clarity, compassion, and practical recommendations.
Turn insights into action. Collaborate with ARD committees to develop targeted, evidence-based interventions that support student performance, participation, and access to education.
Provide individualized services. Deliver therapy services outlined in students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Guide support through data. Maintain accurate records, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
Advocate and collaborate. Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions to support students and informed decision-making.

An active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.

Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required.
