What You’ll Do

• Assist veteran families with reviewing and securing their benefits
• Handle outbound and inbound communication via calls, emails, and text
• Provide exceptional service, answer benefit questions, and process requests
• Maintain accurate client records
• Work with a supportive virtual team and meet simple weekly activity goal
