THE TECHNICIAN 4 POSITION

SunStrong Management is seeking a highly skilled technician specializing in solar and battery (ESS) systems, responsible for advanced troubleshooting and crew leadership. 

TECHNICIAN 4 RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Perform all solar service work 
• Diagnose and repair battery (ESS) systems: 
• Tesla 
• Enphase 
• SunVault 
• Franklin 
• Lead crews on battery and advanced service jobs 
• Resolve escalated and multi-system issues 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• 3+ years of solar experience 

• OEM battery certifications (as applicable) 

• Strong troubleshooting and leadership capability 

• Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check) 

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Crew Lead for solar + battery work 
• Roof and electrical competent 
• Authorized for ESS work

• Working outdoors
• Driving required

physical requirements
 

• Roof/ability to work at various roof pitch heights
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
