Unified Communication Lead Engineer

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with more than 25 years of experience delivering innovative and reliable IT and engineering solutions to the Federal Government. BTI supports mission-critical programs across defense and civilian agencies, with core expertise in cybersecurity, program management, enterprise IT, and technical oversight services.

BTI is currently searching for a Unified Communication Lead Engineer to fulfill the roles and responsibilities below:

The Unified Communications Lead Engineer oversees enterprise collaboration and audiovisual technologies, including videoconferencing, webcasting, IPTV, VoIP, digital signage, conference room systems, and related infrastructure. This individual provides strategic and technical leadership for the planning, deployment, administration, performance monitoring, and modernization of unified communications services. Responsibilities include customer engagement, operational management, technology integration, and team leadership. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Microsoft Teams Administrator, CCNP Collaboration, CTS, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years supporting enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Experience with VoIP, IPTV, audio/video systems, streaming solutions, and      conferencing platforms.
• Technical leadership and project management experience.
