AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Success Representative to work remotely with individuals and families seeking information about insurance protection. You will guide clients through a needs-based process, explain available options, and help create a positive and professional experience from the first conversation through follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm leads supplied by the company

• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments

• Ask thoughtful questions to identify client needs

• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products

• Provide timely follow-up and answer client questions

• Build rapport and maintain professional client relationships

• Maintain accurate records and organized communication

• Attend training and participate in team development
