You will work remotely with prospective clients, schedule appointments, and provide helpful education about available benefits.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members and prospective clients through warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments

• Complete needs-based discussions

• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance coverage

• Answer questions and provide timely client support

• Follow up to maintain strong professional relationships

• Keep organized records and complete required documentation

• Participate in ongoing coaching and team development
