Is there a limit on applicants?
No. During your 6 free months you can receive as many applications as your recruiting brings in, with no per-applicant charge.
How many jobs can I post?
The offer covers up to 3 open jobs at a time. When one closes or expires, its place is free for another opening. Any further openings follow JobElf’s standard posting terms.
When do my free months start and end?
They start the moment you verify your email address and last 6 calendar months. Your employer portal always shows the end date.
Do I need a credit card?
No. There is no card to enter and nothing is charged automatically. Before your free months end we’ll explain the options; a paid plan only starts if you choose one.
What happens to my applicants when the free period ends?
They stay in your account, with your notes and statuses. Nothing is deleted when the offer ends.
Can I share my job links outside JobElf?
Yes. That’s the idea: put your application link on your website, social posts, recruiting emails, employee referrals and hiring signs. Every applicant arrives in your portal.
Do candidates need to record a video?
No. Candidates apply with their details and résumé. A photo or short introduction video is optional.
Will my job go live right away?
If your work email is on your company website’s domain, your openings go live as soon as you publish. Otherwise our team reviews a new company’s jobs first, usually within a day.
Can I see the full profiles of people who apply?
Yes. The profiles and résumés of candidates who apply to your jobs are free to view.
