Does JobElf provide applicants?
You share your company’s hiring link through your website, social posts and recruiting campaigns. The portal organizes the applications you receive. Optional JobElf marketplace promotion is separate and does not guarantee applicants or hires.
Can we use our own company branding?
Yes. Your careers page includes your company logo, colors, company information and open positions. A small Powered by JobElf attribution identifies the technology behind the application experience.
Do applicants need a JobElf account?
Yes. Applicants create or sign in to a free JobElf account as part of applying. They can use that account to manage their information, messages and interview invitations.
Are candidate photos or videos required?
No. Candidates can submit an application and be considered without a photo or video.
How much does the Recruiting Portal cost?
Standard pricing starts at $500 per month, plus a one-time company-branding setup fee. Contact Sales for setup details and a quote for your company.
What is included in the Founding Employer offer?
The first 50 approved and activated employers receive setup and 12 months of Recruiting Portal service at no cost. No credit card is required, and there is no automatic paid conversion.
What happens after the free period?
We’ll contact you before your included period ends. Continuing on a paid plan requires your approval.
Is this different from posting a job on JobElf?
Yes. The Recruiting Portal is your company-branded application and hiring workspace. JobElf marketplace job promotion and candidate sourcing are separate services.
