The opportunity
OnlyaClick is hiring a full-time, on-site HR Manager in Riverview, FL. The role covers people operations for the company, which works in digital marketing sales. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and pay is $55,000 to $75,000 per year plus 10% commission.
What you'll be doing
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and onboarding
- Support recruiting and hiring, including job posts, screening and interview coordination
- Answer employee questions about company policies and procedures
- Help maintain HR policies and keep them current
- Support employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns
- Keep HR documentation organized and accurate
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources or a closely related role
- Working knowledge of core HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding and employee records
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization and the ability to handle confidential information carefully
- Able to work on-site in Riverview, FL, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Nice to have
- Experience supporting HR in a sales or marketing environment
- Familiarity with HR software or an applicant tracking system
- HR certification or coursework in human resources
