Join our Assisted Living team at Bristol Glen in Newton. This per diem position offers competitive pay of $33-$40 per hour, based on experience, with the flexibility to pick up day, evening, or overnight shifts.

About the Community
Bristol Glen is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and a full continuum of care. Our Assisted Living team plays an essential role in helping residents stay healthy, safe, and as independent as possible every day.

What you'll do:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents
• Complete documentation to support continuity of care
• Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support
• Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with the care team

What you'll need:

Required:

• Current and active LPN license in New Jersey
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Pay and benefits:
