Join our Assisted Living team at Collingswood Manor in Collingswood. This per diem position offers $45.33 per hour with the flexibility to pick day, evening, or overnight shifts.

About the Community
Collingswood Manor is a community serving residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. Our Assisted Living team plays an essential role in helping residents stay healthy, safe, and as independent as possible every day.

What you’ll do

• Check on residents’ health with assessments, and follow up when something changes
• Lead and support the Resident Care Assistants on your shift
• Write and update care plans with residents, families, and the care team
• Oversee medication management and keep it in line with New Jersey rules
• Respond to incidents and changes in condition, then document and follow up
• Help coordinate appointments, transportation, referrals, and moves between care levels

What you’ll need

Required:

• An active New Jersey RN license or an active multistate (compact) RN license
• Prior experience with Point Click Care EMR system

Preferred:

• 1 year or more of nursing experience.

Schedule

• Per diem position
• Choose from open day, evening, and overnight shifts
• One weekend a month and one major holiday a year required
