About the Community
Bristol Glen is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and a full continuum of care. Our Dining team plays an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming bistro where residents, families, and team members can gather and enjoy great food and drinks every day.

What You’ll Do

• Make coffee and espresso drinks and serve food at the bistro counter
• Prepare simple menu items: weigh, mix, cut, and season
• Ring up cash and card sales, balance the drawer, and prepare the daily deposit
• Keep the counter stocked, clean, and ready for the next rush
• Track inventory, rotate stock, and flag what needs reordering
• Follow food safety and temperature rules for storing and serving food

What You'll Need
Required:

•  High school diploma or GED
• Able to work every other weekend and a holiday rotation
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred:

• Experience in a cafe, restaurant, or cashier job

Schedule

• Full-time position, 5 days a week
