Join our HomeWorks team in New Jersey. This per diem position offers $17.50-$21.50 per hour, based on shift, level of care, and weekend assignment. Choose your own schedule of day, evening, or night shifts.

UMC HomeWorks is the home care agency of United Methodist Communities, a New Jersey nonprofit that has served older adults for more than 100 years. Our CHHAs play an essential role in helping seniors across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Salem, and Cumberland counties stay safe and independent at home.

What You'll Do

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and do light housekeeping
• Provide transportation and run errands for appointments
• Offer companionship and steady, familiar support

What You'll Need
Required:

• Current, active New Jersey CHHA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older

Preferred:

• Prior home care or caregiving experience

Pay & Benefits

• $17.50–$21.50/hour, based on shift, level of care, and weekend assignment
• $500 referral bonus for CHHA hires you refer
• Mileage reimbursement between client visits
