Salary: $85K to $105K (plus discretionary company performance-based bonus)

Master Appliance is a family-owned heat tool manufacturer, based in Racine, WI.

We’re seeking a self-driven professional who enjoys building customer relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and finding better ways to work through use of technology and AI.

In this role, you'll support and grow our distributor network, manage product pricing, launches and account-related activities, and help drive commercial growth. Just as importantly, you'll play an active role in helping us leverage AI and automation to improve productivity, streamline processes, enhance customer communication, and uncover new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, marketing, sales, or a related commercial role
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, HubSpot AI, or similar platforms to improve research, communication, prospecting, content creation, or workflow efficiency
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in a growing company where priorities evolve and flexibility is valued
