A rare opportunity has opened up to join the team at Restaurant Interlude.

Located within the breathtaking Leonardslee Gardens estate in West Sussex, Restaurant Interlude is recognised as one of the UK’s most exciting destination restaurants, celebrated for its immersive tasting menus, hyper-seasonal cooking, and deep connection to the surrounding land and produce.

We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our ambitious and creative kitchen brigade.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a chef looking to develop within a highly professional fine dining environment focused on precision, creativity, seasonality, and continual progression.

Our menus are shaped by the seasons using the finest locally sourced ingredients, with a significant amount of produce grown directly on the estate itself. Attention to detail and respect for ingredients are at the core of everything we do.

• Is passionate about food, produce, and hospitality

• Has excellent attention to detail and consistency

• Brings professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic
• Remains calm and focused under pressure
