Bayview Physicians Group is seeking a skilled EMT-Intermediate (EMT-I), EMT-Advanced (EMT-A), or Paramedic (EMT-P) to join our Urgent Care team. Working under the direction of our Urgent Care Physicians, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment.

- Competitive pay: $18–$29/hour. Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule and job duties
What You’ll Do
- Assist providers with invasive and non-invasive procedures, including EKGs, IV insertions, and phlebotomy
- Deliver safe, age-appropriate care across the lifespan
- Collect, document, and interpret patient data to support clinical decision-making
- Maintain a safe, efficient patient care environment
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure excellent patient experiences
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an approved EMT-I, EMT-A, or Paramedic program (military medical experience considered)
- Current Virginia or National Registry EMT-I, EMT-A, or EMT-P certification
- Current CPR certification
- One (1) year of field experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
