MUST HAVE A VALID STATE SECURITY LICENSE

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Unarmed Security Supervisor to oversee overnight operations and ensure consistent service delivery. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe, professional environment. Florida license number B 2300065

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise overnight security operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Maintain direct, transparent communication with the client and internal teams
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability and customer service excellence
• Support and monitor parking garage operations (prior experience preferred)

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a security or operations-focused role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and respond effectively in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with parking facility protocols is a plus

Additional Details:

• This position requires consistent overnight availability on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Professional demeanor and reliability are essential
