JOB DESCRIPTION: CONCIERGE

Position Summary
The Concierge monitors and participates in front-of-house operations to ensure every guest is met and warmly welcomed, and that a full range of information and homecare services is offered. The Concierge pays special attention to front-line guest service excellence standards.

Experience

• Previous resort experience as a Front Desk Concierge (required)
• At least 1 year of experience answering phones in a customer-focused environment (required)
• Experience with a point-of-sale system; Book4Time experience is desirable
• Retail experience is a plus

Technical and Administrative Knowledge

• Computer literate with good keyboarding skills; proficient with Windows
• Effective written communication skills
• Able to operate basic office equipment, such as a phone, calculator, fax, printer, and copier
