TWELVE Downtown, Autograph Collection by Marriott is seeking a friendly, dependable Guest Service Agent to join our Front Desk team. As one of the first people our guests meet, you will help create a welcoming experience through attentive service, smooth check-ins, and thoughtful assistance throughout their stay.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, guest accounts, payments, and billing questions.
• Answer calls and respond promptly to guest questions and requests.
• Recognize Marriott Bonvoy members and support applicable member benefits.
• Share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Address guest concerns professionally and involve a manager when additional support is needed.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to support room readiness and resolve requests.
• Maintain accurate shift records and communicate outstanding issues during handoffs.
• Follow hotel procedures for cash handling, guest privacy, security, and safety.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Marriott experience and familiarity with hotel property management systems are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach.
• Ability to stay organized, handle multiple priorities, and remain calm during busy periods.
• Attention to detail when processing payments and maintaining guest records.
• Dependability and flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
